I've not been blogging much lately, so I thought I should upload some pictures to summarize some of the events of the past month.
★: Planted a cherry blossom tree
My host family let my host brother and me plant a cherry blossom tree together as a memorial, a memorial for my exchange year and for my host brother starting elementary school. When I go back to Japan I can visit this place again and see if our tree has grown. It has already grown sprouts too!
This was two days after the earthquake and tsunami, so before starting the planting we had a moment of silence to show our respect and mourning for the lives who were taken by the earthquake and the tsunami.
☆: Gained weight .. that and I just felt like uploading this photo, hoho

★: Class match

The girls in my class are super cute!
Class match is a school event where the classes make teams and compete in different sports. I chose volleyball and managed to sprain my ankle when I landed after a block. My left foot swell up to the size of an elephant, I couldn't walk properly for a couple of days and our team didn't win any prize either. Oh well, at least I DID MY BEST!!!

feel kindof strange showing you a picture of my naked feet, but just so you get a clue
☆: Last day of school

left side is my skirt, right side is Nurika's.
A girl in my class moved to Thailand, so my class held a farewell-party for her.
★: Farewell-picnic with Nurika
The other exchange student at my school and one of my best friends for the 7 months I have been staying here were going home. As all exchange students become really good friends, she has been a big support and a great friend for the time I have been staying in Japan, so we went to Miyajima the last day for a farewell-picnic.

this deer heard the crackling of a bag of crisps like 30 metres away, it just ran out from behind some trees and stood by our bench with a look in its eyes that said: "feed me~"
It was low tide while we were there, so we managed to walk over at touch the famous gate of Miyajima.

Gleder meg til å høre om Kina! Vi får prøve å få til skype en eller annen dag også <3
Og liker hvordan du skifter bakgrunner og sånn, det er så koselig <3
Oh Well, Johanne, oh well. <3
Virker som du har det kult!
Den kyllingen så både veldig god og veldig skremmende ut.
Men når man lever med engelsk mat blir man positivt overrasket så lenge maten ikke er en stor mos. You lucky bastard.
Håper alt går bra med deg, foten og katten. <3
